The save function is disabled in the trial version. All the grunge styles you can use are nicely grouped into categories the categories are displayed at the bottom of the interface. Grungetastic has a dark-themed interface that is quite easy to use.

Installing it on a Windows PC is an effortless task. Grungetastic is available for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, iOS. With Grungetastic, in just a few steps, you can take a boring image and turn it into something sick. To be able to save your new rocking image you must get a Grungetastic license. Please note that the save option is disabled in the trial version. If you can’t be bothered to pick a style, you can click the dice icon located in the upper right hand corner and get a random style. If you want to, you can customize a style after you select it you can adjust the tone, the edge strength, the color detail, and more. All the styles are nicely displayed at the bottom, grouped into several categories: Pop Grunge, Bleached, Grunge, Distressed, Gritty, Worn, Worn Pop. You can simply drag and drop an image onto the application’s interface or you can use the Load Photo button from the upper left hand corner. Step 1 – load an image into the application. Faster than you can say 'filthy,' these styles and Grungetastic's easy, hands. These seven fun and aggressive styles let you get down and dirty with your photos. Using Grungetastic is a very simple 3-step process. Grungetastic cranks your photos to 11 with seven hot and heavy looks: Classic Grunge, Bleached Grunge, Worn Pop, Worn Grunge, Gritty Grunge, Distressed and Pop Grunge. And at the top there’s a toolbar that you can use to zoom in, undo the last edit, crop the image, and more. To the right there’s a panel that allows you to customize the grunge style. Down at the bottom there’s a panel that presents all the grunge styles you can apply to the loaded image. The main part of the interface is taken up by whatever image you loaded into the application. Grungetastic has a dark-themed interface that I found to be quite easy to navigate. This means you will have to download an installer (a 128Mb executable), run it, and then go through the instructions presented by a setup wizard.
